Rosie Douglas

Architect.

Rosie has over 10 years of experience in heritage and conservation work in Western Australia.

Rosie studied Architecture at Curtin University and has worked for other architectural practices specialising in heritage and conservation before joining Griffiths Architects in 2018. 

Experienced in conservation management, design, documentation, contract administration and project management Rosie has a broad range of experience working on complex sites involving large scale re-development through to smaller bespoke conservation projects.

Rosie's experience extends to numerous state listed heritage places including the Old Treasury Buildings, St George’s Cathedral, Fremantle Prison, His Majesty’s Theatre, King Edward Memorial Hospital and various residential sites.

An interest in local history and experience in heritage practices has given Rosie a diverse knowledge base and skill set allowing care and consideration in her approach to all projects.

Rosie’s passion for architecture extends beyond professional practice, where she encourages emerging graduates through her involvement with the Australian Institute of Architects mentoring program.
