Gary Williams is experienced in schematic design, design development, contract documentation and contract administration. As a member of the firm he enjoys taking projects from an early stage to a detailed and considered level and then on to completion.

Gary studied architecture at the University of Western Australia and has been a part of Griffiths Architects from 2007. Gary has worked on a broad scope of work including; conservation and adaptation works, heritage reports, conservation plans, local planning policies. His experience in conservation and adaption works include Fremantle Prison, Government House Supper Room, Perth Modern School, Former Fremantle Boys School, and, Office of the Premier and Cabinet in Perth.

During Gary's years at Griffiths Architects, Gary has documented numerous Fremantle Prison conservation projects including those of Main Cell Block, Café extension, No. 14 Fit Out, Knutsford Street Ramp, Prison Parade Ground, and East Workshops. Outside of Fremantle Prison Gary has been involved in projects throughout the Perth Metropolitan Area. Projects have ranged through many building types with a large proportion of them being in heritage conservation on places of local and State significance. He has undertaken design, documentation and assisted with contract administration since joining the practice and is responsible for 3D visualisation work when required.
