Hill 60, is a former grand residence situated atop a prominent hill which provided Vistas in all directions. Vistas remain along the Swan River to the west and east.

The building was adapted over time for various uses to the point of being subsumed. As part of a larger development Griffiths Architects worked closely with the builder to peel back the layers of alterations and reveal the grand home.

Hill 60 is now used as high quality office.
