Cottesloe Civic Centre is a heritage listed building used by the Town of Cottesloe as council offices and civic centre. The works provided for expanded council accommodation whilst allowing the town to continue to use this landmark place.

The project successfully accommodates the council administrative functions, conserves the heritage fabric, and maintains the civic identity of the place.
