The site of as former pottery and chinaware factory in Subiaco that was redeveloped to provide up to 300 residences and 37,500sqm of commercial space. Stage One of the site development included subdivision, infrastructure, roads, landscaping, public art, archiving, and heritage interpretation. The heritage interpretation was a requirement of the development approvals to retain the history of the site.

The site interpretation includes pieces of factory equipment, pavement inlays and signage forming a heritage trail telling the story of the place. The remnants of the earliest warehouse on the site were reconstructed and interpreted as a landscape pavilion and form the start of the interpretive trail through the site. The project also included the relocation of major items of equipment including sections of the tunnel kilns, jaw crusher, ball glaze mills and the like across several development sites.
