Pieces of factory equipment, pavement inlays and signage forms a heritage trail that retells the story of the place.

The former pottery and chinaware factory in Subiaco was redeveloped to provide up to 300 residences and 37,500sqm of commercial space. Stage One of this development included subdivision, infrastructure, roads, landscaping, public art, archiving and heritage interpretation.
As a first piece of this trail, the earliest warehouse on the site has been reconstructed and interpreted as a landscape pavilion
